The address for the Saturday morning clinic is at Independence Boulevard Christian Church: 606 Gladstone Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64124. Please be there a little before 9am, when the clinic will open.
- Park in the back parking lot of the church or on the street adjacent. Enter through the door in the parking lot and let someone know that you're a medical student volunteering for Care Beyond the Boulevard.
- Wear comfortable clothing (street clothes or scrubs are fine) and tennis shoes preferably. You may bring your own stethoscope, by there will be some available if not.
- You will be responsible for getting vital signs, ROS, and brief HPI for patients before they see the provider.
