Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Back to School USD 500 Fair this August. KU has had a history of helping conduct sport physicals at these events for several years, and we are happy to have you join us!
Please make sure that you are signing up under your correct School/Profession so that we can keep track of our volunteers adequately.
For Athletic Training Students and Faculty, you will greatly help oversee our following needs:

Student/Parent check-in

Completion of sports physical history questionnaire

Snelling eye chart screening
-
Collect vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respirations, height & weight and BMI calculation.

Hand student/parent off to M1/M2 teams for exam.

Be available for consultation & input on any musculoskeletal concerns students/parents may have during physical exams.
