Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Back to School USD 500 Fair this August. KU has had a history of helping conduct sport physicals at these events for several years, and we are happy to have you join us!
Please make sure that you are signing up under your correct School/Profession so that we can keep track of our volunteers adequately.
For residents and attending physicians, you will greatly help oversee our following needs:

Briefly review history questionnaire and oral presentation with M1/M2 teams

See student and repeat key portions of exam

Sign off on sports physical forms or arrange follow-up if necessary.

Assure that digital copies of completed forms are obtained before student/parents are dismissed.
*This experience will be very similar to Jaydoc and Bulldoc
