Volunteers will be assisting the First Aid Team for this race
The First Aid team on the Route will be using their skills in basic First Aid and CPR if needed. The team will help conduct assessments of participants in case they need to go to Urgent Care, in which they will be sent to KU MidWest Urgent Care.
For emergencies, such as head injury, confusion, vomiting, heat strokes, etc. 911 will be called.
Please sign up for this event if you are CPR certified and have had Basic First Aid training.
Please arrive by 7:30 AM for a brief overview. This will be an outside event, so bring accommodations such as water, sunglasses, hat, etc.
