The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is inviting affiliated partners to celebrate world refugee day on Saturday June 24th at the Evergreen recreation center (2700 N Woodlawn). We are seeking out volunteers that will represent KU and participate in the resource fair held on this day! This booth will offer blood pressure and blood sugar screenings alongside other vendors that will provide vaccines and educational resources. High school-age kids will be present too, so there will be an opportunity for health professions mentorship!
