Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Back to School USD 500 Fair this August. KU has had a history of helping conduct sport physicals at these events for several years, and we are happy to have you join us!
Please make sure that you are signing up under your correct School/Profession so that we can keep track of our volunteers adequately.
For M1s, you will greatly help oversee our following needs:

Work together in pairs with an M2, M3 or M4 to review the sports physical history form provided by students/parents

Perform a complete sports physical physical exam

Document findings on the form

Make a brief (2-3 min) oral presentation to a resident or faculty provider who will briefly see the patient and sign off on the form.
