Who We Are
Care4Kids is a student interest group for those who love spending time with kids of all ages while they are being cared for in the hospital.
What We Do
Our main purpose is to provide student volunteers with the opportunity to visit the inpatient pediatric patients at the University of Kansas Bell Hospital. In order to do this on a regular basis, we have partnered with the child life specialists within the pediatric unit, who allow us to use their resources to form meaningful connections with the patients during our visits. We also enjoy fundraising/social events, preparing donation boxes for the pediatric unit, and learning about the various kiddos with which we interact.
